Important Note

The performance space at Bellbrook High School is smaller than a typical MEPA venue, but it does provide the minimum competition area of 60' x 90'. The front to back measurement is EXACTLY 60' from the front sideline to the back bleachers.

Please keep this in mind when making plans to attend this event.

Timing Line

Horizontal--from the perspective of the audience, groups will enter from the front left and exit to the back left. PLEASE NOTE: At this site, groups exit directly to the outside/reload area.

Spiel Sheets

Spiel sheet information is submitted via CompetitionSuite on the Administration tab. Select Mid East Performance Association along the left-hand side. Anything in parentheses will not be announced, so please provide pronunciation help for show titles or director names that our announcer may have trouble with. This needs to be completed by Thursday at 11:59pm prior to the event.

Critique

MEPA will utilize the critique sign-up option available in CompetitionSuite and will close on at 8:30am EST the morning the event. Groups who have signed up will be taken in performance order.

Location: Upstairs (enter by Spectator Entry for building)
Start Time: Indicated on logistical schedule. Start times are approximate.

If a group does not sign up prior to the deadline on CompetitionSuite, the group representative may ask to be seen after the groups that have signed up if time allows. Please check in with the MEPA representative when you arrive at the critique location to ensure your group will be called.

Color Guard Music Upload

Directors may upload their performance music in a MP3 or WAV file via CompetitionSuite. Using this system is not required and groups can use their own CD or sound device if desired. Instructions on uploading music. CompetitionSuite uploads will shut down on at 11pm EST on the Thursday prior to the event.
